Returns

At Joseph Grace Brands, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations and we are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Process

Initiating a return is simple. Contact our customer service team at 888-382-9463 or info@josephgracebrands.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note, no return will be processed and no credit will be issued without an RMA number.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under any circumstances, given that the following criteria are met:

  • The product remains unused and in a condition suitable for resale
  • The original packaging is unaltered and undamaged
  • All product labels or tags remain intact
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an Order ID or Invoice

Product Replacement

If you've ordered an incorrect item and wish to return it, please secure a return authorization number within 30 days of receiving the product by emailing us at info@josephgracebrands.com. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to the returned item. Any replacement order for the correct product will not be eligible for free shipping.

 If you have received a damaged or broken product, please raise an RMA request with us at info@josephgracebrands.com within 30 days along with images. We will send you a replacement ASAP.

 In case of a customization error, kindly request a return authorization number by sending an email to info@josephgracebrands.com within 30 days along with photos of the product. We will get in touch with you.

 Return Tracking

Once a return request is created for your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to keep an eye on your package until it reaches our warehouse.

 Return & Restocking Fee

Please note, a return fee, which covers the cost of processing the returned item(s) and restocking them, will be deducted from your refund. The amount of the return fee is a flat 20% of the products’ original value.

Wholesaler Returns

For our wholesale customers, the return process remains the same. If you're returning multiple items or have a large order, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@josephgracebrands.com for assistance.

Return Status

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
